Palestinians reject without offering a counter proposal, and start Intifidah II.

Palestinians lose Intifidah II.

Palestinians demand more territorial concessions for the privelege of talking before asking for yet more.


The Palestinians have always felt, and still feel, that the normal rules of negotiating don't apply to them because somebody else will save them from their mistakes, at least enough to let them live to fight another day. So far, it has always been true.
