Good article, CM. Thanks for finding it. I thought, as I read it, that the writer knew it was going to be read by everybody at the Times, and did his damnedest to make sure it was well written.

I think we are at Yeat's "Things fall apart; the center cannot hold," already with the Times. Never thought it would be this soon. I don't see Raines hanging in there with this much going on inside the paper, and the publicity of it outside. It is hurting the "Brand Name" too much for this to go on.
