... is this legal? sounds like confiscation of private property. The government will compensate but of course not at the true value. Legal ? Unfortunately yep. We can talk about property rights in the West but when the superhighway is coming through or the dam is being built ..... we can always use the mask of 'public good'... Is there any sense to bet on PMT recovering? LOL I was just going to post you back on that, thinking about Jay the gambler... I think there are better bets in the short term. regards Kastel
