Can do an on-line survey of existing e-mail targets on acceptability of charges in exchange for above work, starting with, say, 10 trusts, adding 3 more each quarter. All you need to do is state clearly the rationale of the algorithm and let paid subscribers decide for themselves. I have a friend with a geewhizbang heuristic learning program programmer who is early retired in Hawaii after selling out to major IT company, by cashing out, and staying out. He can be encouraged to take a look at the possibilities.
