Today's internals though positive were a little weaker than they have been in the past with these type of gains. The # of reversals down is a higher percentage than I would have expected. From the Elves at DWA:

The NYSE saw 382 issues rising on their charts and 20 falling. There were 26 new buy signals given and 0 new sell signals
given for a net gain of 26. There were 38 Upward Reversals and 11 Downward.

Nasdaq saw 406 issues rising on their charts and 50 falling. There were 30 new buy signals given and 2 new sell signals given
for a net gain of 28. There were 87 Upward Reversals and 26 Downward.

Optionable Stocks saw 453 issues rising on their charts and 32 falling. There were 25 new buy signals given and 1 new sell
signals given for a net gain of 24. There were 66 Upward Reversals and 18 Downward.

The NYSE Bullish Percent rose by 1.10% and OTC Bullish Percent rose by 1.26%. The Optionable Bullish percent rose by
1.08%.
