I'll take a guess. The VC "Box" with the "buttons" is also on the home page, but the options in the "subheader" are not. I assume that box is a package deal - used both on this page and the header. Soooo, in order to get directly to your SubjectMarks (when on the home page) you must click in the VC box. Does that make any sense? LOL

The ones by the VC's are always there, no matter what screen you're on. The others are only there while you're in the "Message Boards" section.

Personally, I've gotten really used to it and like it that way. When I log in, "SubjectMarks" by the VC's is always my first click.
