OT - AD, Thanks for your comment on trying to trade both sides. I hope others will continue to observe with me and see if the dark side success you are having is just one half of a lot of fluctuation that amat seems to experience intraday. I consider myself a bull on the long term for amat but often have covered calls sold against at least part of my holdings because of the wild swings we experience over the longer term - say six months. I don't think I have ever lost any amat doing this as I will buy in the calls on downdrafts and roll them out - exchanging time value for cash. Will
