Martha prosecution might light a fire under other charges Wall Street Journal apparently reported yesterday at least two other cases where impropriety was treated with kid gloves they each differed from Martha My Dear, in that they all admitted their transgressions and cooperated with some degree of honesty I believe Martha got slammed for lying at the start, and continuing to lie and deceive from then on, in arrogant style I have always found her obnoxious, and dont feel sorry for her she is a supercilious ass who deserves whatever comes but compared to others, she is a lightweight criminal I think the delay with many other cases, such as Enron and WorldCom, has to do with attempting to force some substantive plea bargaining Martha only had 1-2 other players Enron has a multitude of players MSO stock share price certainly shows serious leveraged asymmetric damage on a scale equivalent to the World Trade Center attack in order to save $60k, she has lost $100-150 million my figures are rough, and pulled ex anus deep down, I believe Bushy has ordered lax prosecution of anyone high-up in Enron like the Iraqi WMD issue, it might come back in his face / jim
