Do you mean like telling the American public that if we didn't have a war with Iraq they'd get nuked by weapons that you knew didn't actually exist?

I'd call that bad faith.

What's more, it's pretty clear that they damn well knew that their weren't any weapons. If they had thought there really were WMDs, then when US troops didn't find them, they'd have concluded that Saddam could have given them to the terrorists. We'd be in code "white".

Given the propensity of the conservatives around here to "debate" by dumping bucketloads of punditry and cutting sentences out of context to make fun of, I find your "bad faith" analysis sort of funny. It's all a joke, it would be odd to see much different from Rummy's faithful followers.
