Then why are you not upset with Sanatorum's desire to limit sex between gays?

I am opposed to those laws as I have said numerous times.

Yes, you have........my apology.

There are gov'tmental things that no corp. would want to do and I would not entrust my well being with a corp and expect to come out whole. Their track records are less than stellar when it comes to human rights.

I would not support giving government like powers to corps. Either directly or allowing them to develop such powers through monopolies and violence. But most corporate law has little to do with efforts to keep corporations from dominating individuals or securing monopolies. Most monopolies are the result of government action, and government is the only organization allowed to impose its will by force.

"Most monopolies are the result of gov't action". How do you figure?

I am far more familiar with the workings of gov't and its foibles and good points than you are.

I doubt it.

How would you know? You haven't ask me why I made that statement. You simply assumed I was wrong.

I am sorry if you have concluded that I see it as a champion. In my book, its a very necessary evil.

If something is a necessary evil wouldn't you want to have it be very limited?

Yes, but not in the arbitrary way that most conservatives usually recommend. I am more concerned with gov't waste and making it more effective than I am with reducing its size.
