This article, which much more favorable to gay equality, does the same thing as the previous one that Derek and I discussed, which is move from sexual privacy in the bedroom to questions of marriage. I still think these are separate issues which should be framed separately for legal debate. But I will, obviously, given Derek did some homework, need to do some to make the case.
