I can't understand how you could support making crimes between people of different color or background as more criminal than two from the same background. I am surprised you're having so much difficulty with the concept. So black on white crime is somehow worse than black on black? Yes. What ever happened justice being blind to these differences and treating murder as murder? Because the differences with a hate crime are critical and justice should not be blind.
