I don't understand. Panty likes to basically bash the hand that feeds him. If it weren't for the United States, Canada would have to spend money on National Defense.

Panty Yields might also be angry about the fact that they train nurses in Canada of many whom flee to the land of opportunity at first chance. ROFL
