Most of the Enron boys....Ken Lay? Think he will see some serious legal time?

Intelligence shortcomings always happen when you have a predetermined goal, and use selective evidence. We even have reports of Colin Powell calling bs on much of the suggested evidence.

And as far as Saddam being burdened with proof. Look, we know the guy is a liar, I say it was up to us though to be more creative in solving the problem than going to war. It could have been done.
