I think a fellow called Godot posted a news letter where someone mentioned a cap on interest rates mortgage he stated rates could not fall below 4%. I have read 50% of economic activity has been in housing and I know houses have inflated here where income has not kept up accordingly. I also believe on the national level housing costs have increased substantially.

There of if the fifty percent figure is true about a year from now pending on rates we really will be in a stew.

There is the Question of Asia no longer supporting the US markets I still dont know when that meeting is.
