Stocks first have to qualify for the list, nominees are accepted, which I will review. By default, 99% of the List stocks are found and selected by me.

For a stock to be nominated for THE LIST, it must meet the following 3 criteria, A forward looking event ( mergers, product introductions, spin-off's etc.) An impact date ( the time line given necessary for the above event to take place) Must be from an extremely reliable source ( press release, SEC filings, etc. ) All the stock nominees for the LIST may be E-mailed to SSP or Jim, stocks with expired impact dates will be removed. The best time to consider a LIST stock is not necessarily the time it first gets mentioned!
