Between the gap, the cup and handle, overhead resistance around 33, and the huge short interest, CREE could easily have another 30% to go in the short term. We'll see. I don't usually get into the prediction business, but the above factors seem to forecast that. There might be a good opportunity to sell calls at a very pleasant $35 strike.

Does a year and one half count for gap filling? Is technical analysis being pushed to credulities' limit? Might factors in Jan 02 have been substantially different than exist today? Is gap filling a kind of reverse logic? I am not discounting your view; just expanding my own consciousness on the subject. Is it ad hoc ergo propter hoc (this therefore that)? I mean, are we using sound logic? Well accepted logic? Any references?
