About 2MM shares

Didn't realize it was so much. Well that might be enough to get the SEC's attention. But on the other hand that sort of stock volume implies institutional trades, and somehow those never get investigated (or at least prosecuted). Maybe an FD issue instead of an insider trade?

Of course these investigations take a long time to emerge - look at that mid-level SEPR guy that just got charged with buying puts before the SEPR/LLY prozac termination got announced. Of course large options trades ahead of a big move are more of a red flag, particularly if they come from a foreign account.
