Bush has pulled out all the stops in awarding his rich friends. Maybe he knows things we don't right now that will come out during election time that will ensure he won't be re-elected. He's so immoral I bet there's some things we don't know. So he's taking care of his friends now, just in case. Then the Democrats come in and have to raise taxes a lot to pay for Bush's splurges and he won't even be blamed for it.
