"If a man is poor, he should be hard at work, improving his miserable financial condition.

Where as if he is rich, he should be able to take a break and put up his feet, especially when the tax cut hits home.

John Kenneth Galbraith long ago exposed your beliefs as the defining non sequitur of conservative dogma "So it always boils down to the slightly improbable case that the rich are not working because they have too little income and the poor are not working because they have too much income," pathcom.com

What if a poor man is unable to find a suitable job ? (suitable defined very loosely).

I have lived in countries, where it was easier to collect unemployment for life than work a job where the person found it unsuitable.

Who foots the bills ? - the tax payers.
Who does not get tax benefits ? - the guy on the dole.
