What kills me is the "market" recovery is based on 12,000 new mortgage lender jobs! .......There isn't anyone a much bigger bull at heart than me. But this rally is mostly BS. I think mostly mad cow disease affecting economists and market analysts? Demand may be there in spirit but can they afford to spend? Big business can't. Is creating new debt is the only way to spend, well blessed be the borrower. I'm seeing the disconnect. .....ouch feeling it.
