Good rant..<<gg>> if you really want to help the environment install one of these toilets...uses only three litres of water with an optional six litre flush...has an oversize trap so that it " never"and I mean never plugs...here

caromausa.com

my family has been using this toilet for three months now and no problems.<<<ggggg>>>

These really work too and I know because I have them insalled through out my house saving 65 to 75 percent on lighting...Compact fluorescent's..here

oee.nrcan.gc.ca
(keep an eye out LED's light emitting diode light giving pure light without heat...even more eff than above)

Got a front load washing machine too...from sears..gone are the days of using 40 gallons of water to do one load of wash...this baby uses only 15 gallons of water and does about 7 lbs more than the old top loader..less soap too..less power to pump the water(same for toilet) ..we are on a well

Will be insalling one of these soon ...very soon because my 40 gal hot water tank which is continuously held at 120 D. F. seems to be a mile from where i need the hot water..I am heating thousands of gallons of hot water a year unnessesarily just to get it...got to pumpit too..I can also close down the chimney flue too..& save some heat<<gg>>hell if everyone decided to jump on the band wagon we could probable shut down a few nuke or coal plants eh????
