Just like NEC needs a testing ground in typical european or UK enviroments,
Nokia needs the same in HongKong.

Sometimes some odd islands of odd equipment survive in isolated regions,
basic darwinism.

However, demands on full-fledged roaming usually demands a solution fairly
soon, but not immediatly.

Isn't this kind of everyday stuff in USA??
(Although AT&T, Cingular, T-mobile did the obvious, wait until GPRS
was fairly stable and cheap, to avoid these odd regions)
