This is arguably the same intelligence that was used to support Clinton's foray into Iraq. What foray...a few missiles aimed at factories making God knows what. Clinton's Iraq policy was no more ethical than this administration's...except he did not embark on a campaign of public distortions, UN destruction, and destabilization of world order.
