And what do you call "the spend and spend, and then cut taxes" Reps........pigs?! You realize that the vast majority of the federal budget is social services, i.e. money the Dems love to spend? Even the military budget doesn't even come close. Defense is the second largest budget item and is 25% of the 2003 budget. This budget item exists in a world where we have no sizeable enemy to speak of but where significant poverty exists in our cities and kids go to bed hungry at nite. Don't talk to me about this country's priorities........they're very evident. ted
