it'll be interesting to see who might distance from Bushy
I really wonder if anyone will
I expect the whole team will stand firm, together

I found significance in removal of DoD man to lead Iraqi Reconstruction
the new leader is a Dept of State man
behind the scenes is a big battle between Wolfowitz and Powell
now Wolfy is off in Korea

the Intelligence Community has decades of power, integrity, and excellence
sure, it has some nasty ass subterfuge itself
sure, it has some hitmen and mafiosi associations
but they pride themselves in excellent intell
they dont like being used

I THINK BUSHY'S VULNERABILITY IS WITH THE INTELL COMMUNITY
they are better connected politically than Bushy
and better than Cheney
but not better than Rumsvelt
if they dont like someone, he either disappears and ends up legless

my guess is Rumsvelt splits from Bushy-Cheney
stick that on the wall
let's watch and see
right now Bushy is playing his Troops card
they love him
wave the flag

back home, gasoline prices are rising again
crude oil is back over $30 (or was briefly)
if terrorists hit again, if energy costs spring right back...
then the public will look for someone to blame
it could be Bushy
but I doubt they will turn on him
he is playing the Troops card too well
the numbnut public is wearing flags on cars

Rich Russell has some choice comments
but he ends his ripe plum
Commercials are now banking on a big gold run next

Today's Commitment of Traders shows Commercials are long 161,000 gold contracts. This is the most I have seen in 3 years of my record-keeping. Large Specs on the other side.
