The Civil War AND WWII Were REAL Wars. This is an ongoing battle in defense of current American Foreign Policy in the ME against Religious entities. There is no end to this type of " War "...none....until things change externally...not internally...but your Governments are assaulting every American citizen in the name of security. Can you say " Lock-Down "? Shudder.....

Lincoln was no icon to me. He made it possible for the Federal Government to be the monster it is today. FDR knew that Pearl Harbor was targeted for attack. He let it happen to get the isolationist American public to approve getting involved in that "European conflict" that turned into WWII. He even ordered the aircraft carriers out of Pearl before the attack. There was not one carrier there. FDR and his staff knew they were the real weapons and the battleships were past their time. How cynical to sacrifice so many lives for a political objective. Hawaii was not a state when it was attacked.
