you sound like a good responsible dog owner, and that makes me happy.

by all means, I would persue whatever legal action you need to against the owner of the dog that bit. I HATE to see an animal put down, but I hate seeing morons getting away with allowing their animal to get into a situation like this.

my thoughts and prayers will be with your little one as he heals.

Sure glad to hear your little fellow is okay, and sounding like he's not traumatized. Truly unfortunate event.

Gotta agree with David, I'd put in official complaints with police, SPCA and anyone else I could think of.
