First good trade for sure!

You showed us;"The NYSE Members Net Balance Index just recorded their third net selling week in a row thru 5/23/2003 (2 weeks delayed). For the latest reporting week, they sold another roughly 72 million shares. This brings the total to a rough net 222 million shares sold (last 3 weeks). Recall the 2 week
massive buy binge ending March 14 (588 Million)and 21
(96.5 Million) and the Bull stampede was on.

I would like to say this about the above;
"If not them, who?"

They are the ones who acquired all these shares in distribution over these last years. So as demand materializes someone has to provide supply, do they not?

I wouldnt feel too bad for them, nor would I mischaracterize these sales as signs of anything other than the natural process of providing Liquidity to an industry they depend on for a living.;

DA Boyz were after all, the beneficiaries of all time low prices when they were on the buy side. Now, to provide Supply is the only rational course as its their business, and their customers must be satisfied.

Remember the ebb is connected to the flow, and the flow to the ebb, and on and on it goes.

J.T., at least in your NDX trade you are looking good. I can see lots of reasons why this trade could move further in your favor. But it's the reasons we traders don't see that usually trip us up. I sold very little Friday in small cap land (junk just keeps rolling up so it's almost like buy and hold there) so hope any selloff doesn't snowball into something worse. Good luck next week.
