Rick....this is Symantecs Backdoor.Lolok.B page...not much info there..but they do have a "Symantec security check" utility on the page.

they definitely have it on file because NAV detected it on your machine, right?

i say it must be new because the symantec security response says "This threat is detected by the latest Virus Definitions."

if it was old, it would have listed a previous date.

there is minimal info on it, another sign of new. and no aliases yet.

i found one guy tonight with the same virus on dslreports forum...

and google does have info on it, btw...

two people hit with it today

hoping to find an AT vendor who had a fix
