One of the first things you should pick up in a long life is that if you ask a professional whether or not the country needs more of his services, he will always answer "hell yes!"

If you ask the teachers if our children need more teaching the answer is yes. If you ask the psychologists if our population needs more psycho therapy the answer is yes. If you ask the stock brokers if our country needs more stock the answer is yes. If you ask the doctors if our country needs more medicine the answer is yes. If you ask a welfare case worker if the population needs more welfare the answer is yes.

Why would you expect a national security agency to say that their nation has an adequate amount of security?
