If you ask the teachers if our children need more teaching the answer is yes. If you ask the psychologists if our population needs more psycho therapy the answer is yes. If you ask the stock brokers if our country needs more stock the answer is yes. If you ask the doctors if our country needs more medicine the answer is yes. If you ask a welfare case worker if the population needs more welfare the answer is yes. Why would you expect a national security agency to say that their nation has an adequate amount of security? -- Carl
