Hey stupid..... By 1998 the UN weapons inspectors had indentified hundred of tons of CW and BW which existed in Iraq and moreover, that Iraq had the capablity to produce more. Then they were expelled. Their destruction was never verified and has not been verified to this day. He had the weapons. The question is where did he hide them? Why would he have forgone all those oil revenues if he had no weapons? If Saddam had no weapons why did he not just throw the country open?
