"Economic cycles are more powerful than any leader my friend. " I presume from your arrogant reply, that you also have followed the markets for many years. If so, you will understand that there had already been a dip and partial recovery prior to the oil grab, so disgustingly called "Operation Iraqi Freedom". If you have not noticed the negative indicators since then, we obviously look at different statistics. An incompetent leader can negatively influence economic cycles my friend.
