Don't be an idiot.....canvas sides will not seal adequately. Have you see the pictures??? The trucks had roll up canvas sides. Yes, a fermenter is a closed system but leaks and accidents happen. Even if Saddam doesn't care about his people he certainly didn't want to lose any one he had making his weapons.....makes no sense.... Also, experts who have seen the trucks say they are puzzled why there was no provision for steam cleaning the fermentors and no adequate drain system...
