I don't believe there has been a more competent woman in politics since Jeanne Kirkpatrick. And frankly, Rice may well be the most brilliant person in Washington DC today, ranking with the likes of Henry Kissinger.

Are you absolutely certain? I would hate to vote for a woman with superlatives any less than what you describe above.
