In April 2003, the Company relocated its offices to Rye, New York pursuant to a month-to month lease arrangement with its largest stockholder for approximately 1,500 square feet at an aggregate annual rental expense of $24,000. The current monthly rental expense that the Company pays for its Rye offices is approximately 50% less than the monthly amount paid with respect to its former offices on Lexington Avenue in New York City immediately prior to the relocation.
