No one questions the influences back then , and it is has been established that thru the trade routes many many ideas were exchanged farther back than you will have ever the slightest possibility of ever denying with any success .And even in your own christian mythos you'll find that the "Wise Men " upon the little lord jesgua's birth...also come out of Kingdoms to the East . You'll never be able to erase the extreme similarities between the Buddhist & this later Jeshua figure...it's just "history".

The East had always represented some far-off exotic , etherial place of unimagined wealth , spice and riches as far back as you can go . You'll find examples of this in the Jewlery, textile and other arts that were exchanged to the west so far back , that originated all the way over in China . One example i could give you is the ancient process of "Niello" , of darkening the a motif in silver by washing it in a mixture sulfur and heating the silver originating in the east , an found univesally over in the west centuries before many of the prophets .The Egyptians highly prized Lapis Lazuli above all minerals and for it's dark blue color , and was mined in ancient times over in Eastern Afghanistan ...the most worshipped God/Godess at the time of Jeshua's birth throughout the mediterranean was the Godess of
the Nile --->ISIS ...and from there you get the "Virgin Birth " story line for line , word for word.

There are wonders of human history and of exchanges between ancient peoples that you apparently have no clue of , wrapted up in your own concocted mythos & view of the world , But that does not change the facts , brian . All the way down from Greece , Rome and to the middle ages there was always the fascination with the incredible fineness of the crafts & skills , textiles/silks , spice , incense and beautiful ornaments that were only from that part of the world . Do you think there would be no interest in their ideas , thoughts , philosophies , sciences or religions at all either ? Think again brian...

There were already millions of Buddhists by the time that Jeshua was born , for it was the fastest spreading religion the world had seen by his arival , though mainly spreading east, north and south to Sri Lanka and China as Buddha sent his disciples out in the world to preach the Gospels .
And they went west as far as Baghdad and other great cities of the spice routes . And the King Asoka of the largest empire in the world in 250BCE converted all of India to Buddhism. Then all of China and into Japan .

And you find it more credible to believe in the Christian explanations that it was the "anticipation" of SATAN knowing that the "Christ" was to come ...so he created the Buddha and other false messiahs all those centuries before ? Well I for one don't buy this fabricated fairytale thank you , and it informs me of the conspiracy of Christianity that they would even come up with such nonsense

That shows you something about yourself and your religion's early manipulative and fabricating roots you may not want to address . Once again brian , no one religion "owns" the light or the idea of "unconditional Love", compassion or charity.

That is the truth...

regards

Mars

MARS - do you not feel the least bit uncomfortable calling
the Holy Bible "fairy tales" while yet quoting from a work
that contains a disclaimer on every page by people who
openly confess themselves to be "infidels"?

"This document was included for historical purposes;
readers should be extremely cautious in trusting anything in this book.
"

infidels.org

"Anything" is underlined!

Even the infidels of this world will not support you current efforts.

"History"? - Right - according to who?

Tell me again MARS how it is a "historical fact" that the
Chinese civilization has been around for 10,000 years. ROTF

Yes MARS - the God of Scripture copied every idea
from people who Bow to Statues made with men's hands.

I once said that I found you clever...
forgive me but I must retract such a thought
after having gotten to know you better.
