what does that have to do with what is wrong with SI now?

We know that Ihub is sql server, and SI is (was) Oracle, and that Bob's intent is to move SI to SQL server.

SI was fast, recently it became slow. Thats all I know really.

Like most everyone in the high end systems business, I think sql server is fine for small and midrange applications and unacceptable for high end mission critical stuff. I wouldn't call that a "bias" really, although I am biased because I worked at Oracle, but my views on SQL server and its place in the market is pretty standard.
