Well, all I know is that I was the only person singled out and seriously searched before boarding on my US-bound plane :-) And that next to some mean looking guys who looked like horse thieves, boarding the same plane with nobody bothering them. "Random search", yeah... I was in Harvard this past week, and they told me that Harvard told the state flat out that they would not cooperate with the library stuff. I don't understand why the populace at large just stands by and does nothing ... "The populace at large" seems to be rather gullible these days, really. And those who feel something fishy going on are kept at check by the likes of "If you resist, you are a traitor" etc etc. Good luck. I wouldn't want to be living here at this point in time.
