Thanks for the wishes, we need it. The certificates were held at each individual company and had to be rounded up. It has taken over two years to distribute as the IRS has had some interesting participation along the way. Quel nightmare. Now on to the task of seeing if we want to keep any of them. At least they have regained some strength this past year. MP
