Hi KastelCo, Per Q1 Unitholder Report, the potential contingency is 4.5 mm Euro plus interest since 1997. The amount is not reserved for but, IMO, a swallow-able amount if it must be swallowed.

But you may be right that the market value may wobble when the decision is announced.
