It got run up like an internet stock. Just think the timing is right. Agree with you on the mortgage biz, btw.

The homeowners that don't want debt won't run out and get debt just to borrow at low rates. Some businessmen might.

I think you will see more private leasing and investments?

i had to pay a 5K dollar prepay penalty 3 weeks ago (when i sold my house)..but i sold my house at full price. :)

I don't know. I was desperate when i took out the loan a year and half ago.

I think what it's going to take is real fear stuck in those banking guys. Because right now they just feeling all fat and happy and kicking everybodies ass to the curb. BWDIK then the pyramid crumbles..
