Sometimes you don't realize when you are being sarcastic or a pain in the butt. "Pain in the butt" is subjective, but it wasn't sarcastic. " "What if the black gang dragged and killed the black man because they hate him? Is it then a hate crime?" Was a serious hypothetical." So? I treat hypotheticals much differently then I treat real life cases. I don't see a good reason when you are talking about them, unless the hypothetical is wild and off the wall. Anyway there are plenty or real life cases where people of the same race have abused and then killed each other because they hate each other. They just aren't considered very newsworthy compared to racially motivated abuse and murder. Tim
