Maybe we should ask Syria, or possibly even Iran (though that stretches logic)? I'm sure they would have every reason in the world for telling us they are holding the inventory.. Assuming that their leaders even know...

And I'm sure I can present you a list of missing persons, who the records and witnesses acknowledge as having once been alive, but nobody can find right now...

Maybe they never existed after all??
