Hi ss; I don't think it's possible to impeach Bush because he can always plead that he's a moron, and didn't know that if he chose to believe only the evidence that was favorable to the thesis that Iraq had WMDs, he would end up America's reputation (such as it was) as possessing a moral, fair and reputable government.

As long as there is even one iota of evidence that Iraq had WMDs in late 2003 (and the world of Chalabi is such, even though he is another world class liar), Bush can plead that he was faced with contradictory evidence, and that he concluded that the evidence in favor of Iraq having WMDs outweighed the evidence that they didn't.

Of course the mere fact that Bush will avoid impeachment (unless he gets into obstruction of justice, which is not impossible), does not mean that the preemption based on a faulty intelligence gathering apparatus is still a good idea, LOL.
