Last night on Kudlow and Cramer (which I don't watch too often, those guys give me a headache) they said Ellison is a genious for this maneuver which they feel will cause psft sales to grind to a halt in this coming upswing. So whether this merger goes through or not Larry wins. They don't think Ellison did it as a desperate maneuver in a stagnant market, they think he senses and uptick and wants to maintain share. just fyi.
