Norton System Works 2003

I've waited one week AFTER the last installation to post so as to help insure there have been NO problems

I've installed NSW03 onto the following machines/OS

p4s
Win98se
WinME
WinXPhome
WinXPpro
Win2k

p3s
Win98se

everything has gone smoothly

I just downloaded mark's Spyware Blaster onto the machine running WinME
so I'll see how that goes before doing any more
for AS USUAL I did NOT read the tutorial .... <ggggg>

over the years, there is no telling how much time I've saved by not reading instructions ...
and
how much time I've WASTED in going back and having to fix things that wouldn't have happened IF I'd complied with directions ....
too late to attempt a personality change now ... heh heh heh heh

In trying to open my CD rom drive, I get the error message "Device not accessible---Device not ready".

Using Windows 98. I see the device (ROM drive)located during startup and the drive is identified in Windows Explorer.

Looking for ideas to fix problem.
