At the least, the Bush Administration MISREPRESENTED the threat of Iraq in terms of WMDs and link to al-qaeda.

Mr. Kristol is a hard line neocon who wanted war desperately......of course, he would use the much nicer word "misstatement". And just for the record, Webster's says that "misstatement" means to give "a false accounting of".....in other words, to lie. Deal with it!
