Do you consider Carter the greatest post WWII president? Is Arafat a great man? The Nobel committee's bias makes the entire process absurd.. In 1990 they gave it to Gorbochev for "helping to bring an end to the Cold War", without so much as a mention of Ronald Reagan. Do you understand what the Nobel peace prize......its about bringing peace to the world. You don't bring peace by giving Saddam WMD or their components. Now, I do believe Reagan's leadership ended the Cold War, Of course, that's a right wing misrepresentation that only the right wing believes. but I could have seen a joint award. Why? Reagan appeared to be half the man Gorbochev was. But to totally snub the guy who was predominantly responsible (in my view and in the views of many) just totally destroys any credibility they may have ever had. I am surprised they ever had any credibility with you. You clearly don't have a clue as to what making the peace is all about.
