Bush has pissed off and betrayed so many people. "Be careful who you piss off on your way up, you'll meet them again on your way down". That's a famous Hollywood saying and it's true in DC too.

I don't know how many he pissed off on the way up but he's pissed off a ton while on top. In fact, he's pissed off whole countries. The so called unifier is, in fact, the ultimate divider.
